Managing director and founder of Jeffers Management Consultants ltd, Japhet has over 15 years of professional experience working in the corporate, nonprofit sectors and HR consulting services. Japhet offers outstanding expertise in strategic planning for all types of situations, from community-based organizations, business-planning, assessment of community assets and needs, group facilitation and mediation, organizational assessment, board development, organizational development, program evaluation, program management, human capital development, human capital auditing, Policy development, information systems selection and implementation. He holds Master of Business Administration-Human capital development option and Bachelor of Management and Leadership- human resource management option from The Management University of Africa. He is a registered member of IHRM.
Project management Coordinator at Jeffers Consulting, He has been working with Jeffers since 2019. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, program development, community services and quality improvement systems. He holds a master’s of Business administration, and Bachelor of commerce from University of Nairobi.
Client Services strategist at Jeffers Consulting, Godfrey brings over 15 years’ experience in research and analysis to Jeffers Consulting team and he has been working with Jeffers since 2017. Godfrey conducts a broad range of primary and secondary research including data analysis, survey analysis, assessment, and literature reviews. Godfrey holds a Master of Strategic Planning and Management and a Bachelor of commerce both from University of Nairobi.
Senior Human Resource consultant at Jeffers Consulting, She has over 10 years’ experience in human management, research and she has been with Jeffers since 2017 .Hellen is a licensed Human resource practitioner, and she hold Bachelor of Business administration- human resource management option from Kenya Methodist University.
Financial and tax management specialist at Jeffers Consulting, he is responsible for financial forecasting, conducting risk analyses for financial plan, evaluating project expansion plans as well advising on taxation. Felix brings over 10 years’ experience in financial management, auditing, research and financial analysis to Jeffers Consulting team. He has been working with Jeffers since 2021 to date. Felix conducts a broad range financial analysis & forecasting, Tax analysis, assessment, and literature reviews. Felix holds a master’s of science degree in Finance and investment from University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s ofcommerce from Strathmore University. He is a CPA-K finalist and a member of ICPA-K.
